Damouhari beach is only a five – minute walk from our resort, is a typical beach destination of Pelion. It consists of two small bays separated by a narrow. In the North Bay you come across the small picturesque harbor of the village filled with small boats and yachts anchored as well as the old stone customs house and some other warehouses to remind you of how Greece looked like the previous century. In the southern part you can swim in the sea that Damouhari is famous for throughout the world.
On the streak of land peninsula that joins the two small bays you can admire the ruins of a medieval castle. Locals call this beach “old Damouhari” and it is defined by its crystal-clear waters and its white pebbles. It is its various sea caves, accessible only by swimming that make it especially romantic.
